Host a fundraiser to benefit House of Ruth Maryland. These activities are easy to plan and are excellent ways of socializing while raising money and awareness around the issue of intimate partner violence.

When victims show up at our door, they come with very little. We provide shelter, counseling, legal and other services that will ensure their continued survival. It’s not a small undertaking, especially since police estimate that there are more than 200,000 incidents of intimate partner violence in Maryland each year. Your generosity makes our work possible, and in return we work very hard to ensure every dollar you give makes a real difference in the lives of battered women and their children.
